Level 2 - Looking at the wrong section?

I’m working on Level two and I found this bit from the source code. It is under the form class, so I assume it is right, but I’m not quite sure what it is.

It looks like some sort of encryption, and I feel like I’ve seen it before, but I can’t be sure.

Any hints? or am I overcomplicating it?

Edit: I mean the value, 0607ee77c6b6b0567e9b7699e775f6c7db7f4da8ed98278b46cffe69acda6dfb. I can read everything else perfectly fine.
