Found a suspicious port, but can't connect

OK, I need help. I did not use nmap, I used an online port scanner which can be found here: http://www.ipv6scanner.com/cgi-bin/main.py

And found a port in the “unknown” category(1##11).
but when i connect using netcat, it gives me: Status: net::ERR_ADRESS_IN_USE

So what’s wrong?

Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
AES(level) is bad
And I might be too

Well first use nmap, its wayyy better than other scan tool. And tell me if you still have error.
