google Chrome Problem :/ | Defend the Web

lately i have a problem with Google Chrome: i click on the icon and the window of the start page don’t open. i look in the background activities and i find Chrome run :/ i try to install and uninstall it but it don’t work. with firefox i haven’t problems, same thing with explorer. the window of Chrome open 9-10 minutes later. if someone knows why this happen i’ll be grateful. thanks

DId you try to launch Chrome, open the task manager, exit all Chrome process and re-launch ?

Sometimes , it also launches after a few minutes basically because of low cpu clock speed ! Try to wait for sometime , might solve the problem.

answer to Mugiwara27, i try to close all chrome process and it don’t work, also i have the CPU at 1% or max 10% when i launch the process

Ah so the problem is Windows 8, change to Ubuntu lol

When it opens try to see if there is any update for Chrome. And try to open Chrome without any shortcuts, click the chrome.exe. I never had that problem but it’s worth a shot.

i solve the problem! i had a virus called Meteoroids (my antivirus can’t find it and i removed it manually). in the C: there was a directory named “Meteoroids”, i open that and it was empty. i deleted it and then i reboot the system. now google chrome works perfectly :D
