I have tried to decrypt the message using gpg -d filename, but it is showing no public key.
It is still decrypted but the string doesn’t make any sense. I have tried many things but couldn’t proceed.
Please provide any hints.

You can know who send the message without decryption.

The hint is available when you enter “man gpg” in your linux terminal :)
