Discussion queue access bug

Discussion queues allow moderators to view discussion threads for solutions of levels they haven’t completed - a prime example is a thread related to SecureUs, second from the top at the time of writing. I was able to view the answers to a solution thread despite not having completed SecureUs. Please fix this, I think this might be a major vulnerability

Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
AES(level) is bad
And I might be too
