Does any body know how to inspect element some kind of website and save it. i tried several time but its keep restarting

Well , Inspect element is like addon but it come’s with Chrome from beginning and You can save object forever by it :D

in inspect element you cant :) but if u want in real site hack it and save it hehe :P

Yeah, as if people all round the world wouldn’t manipulate the website if that idea came true.

Try playing around in FireBug or use some intercepting proxy like Burpsuite or Paros. As echoed by others, there are many add-ons too such as web-developer toolbar and so on.

If you’re after a permanent change though then you’re out of luck as @freewind1012 pointed out already
