Does anyone know some good free webhosts to put up phishing sites on that will not get banned? Or atleast, will take a while before they ban me?

well telling me that 000webhost is not working is not alot of info try to elaborate on what is happening … explain how you notice that its not working for you
can you not connect?
not upload file?
can you not view your already uploaded files?

For 000 it says it will contact local athorities and that’s the last thing I need for just a damn phishing site. And for webng, I can’t upload PHP files.

use vpn when you use the site and then its all good you dont have to worry about the the authorities

Phising is not the same anymore, i suggest you find other methods. Like MiTM or ReversePays.

People are generating more awareness to this, that was used back in the day, now a simple browser detects it. And even more when you use a simple phising website from a free host. But im just a noob.

Phishing will always be possible but the target of those sites are mostly the people who don’t know a lot about computers.
Of course you may have luck attacking someone else but usually they send those spam mails to the average user.. And if you make a good spam mail and have a site that looks alright then you may probably get many victims with it.
