Hello everyone,

I really want to play this level but it seems like it is broken. Can someone confirm?

This is what I see:

I tried Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, and it still doesn’t seem to work. It gives me the error:

The request content cannot be loaded.
Please try again later.

P.S. Could it be it doesn’t work on mac?

I don’t use mac, so I don’t know what is the problem, see if you have the plugins installed. I don’t know if Mac uses the same as Windows.

Mac could be the problem. The file format is not supported everywhere. However, this should not stop you from being able to solve the challenge. :)

@Senex
I’ve just tried from a macbook pro, on yosemite 10.10.1, there is no issue either with chrome or safari.
Since crypt9 image is supposed to be generated and then cached, my bet would be that the level is currently broken for new user.
I’ve created a new account a min ago and I’m experiencing the same as yours.
It might be worth for you to submit a ticket !

This problem should now be fixed. I have cleared the cache for all those who were affected. Let me know if it still not working for anyone.
