Deleting spammers | Defend the Web

Hi,

What do you think to a button were moderators can just click and delete spammers posts? Its beyond a joke when people fill the forum with spam.

That’s what the Karma is for. If a post got negative Karma the Moderators will be able to find it and delete if necessary.
So keep on giving negative Karma to spam ;)

The new version of HT will have these features, and hopefully less spam.
For the moment it is best to down vote the users Karma, because I think, once a use gets a certain amount of negative karma they will be unable to post. It’s either in this version or to be implemented.

Well thanks for that information :)
I think flabby mentioned somewhere that by now user are banned by hand.
But negative Karma should hide the post that’s at least something.
And we are certainly all looking forward for the new HT :)
