Tooltips for social icons

I can never remember what the icons are for.
You should use Hint.css just because :P

I was looking at adding tooltips to the feed icons as they are very un-descriptive. Might as well add them to everything!!

Tooltips have been added to the social icons as well as the feed icons. Thank you @Osaka for the suggest of hint.css, it was effortless :)
